Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We want you to love your Chitti Thalli outfits! If you need a different size, color, or wish to return an item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Because our clothing features unique fabrics made especially for kids, all returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original brand tags must still be attached.
• Returned in the original packaging.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

To keep our prices fair and maintain the quality of our kids' clothing, we apply a small processing fee for returns:

• Restocking / Processing Fee: A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
• Return Method: We will arrange a courier pickup for your convenience. You do not need to pay the courier in cash; the ₹150 is simply deducted from your final refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund (minus the ₹150 restocking fee) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the standard 7-day return process upon delivery.
